I just started half of mine on bloom nutes today to see if the bud production would start moving along faster.....we shall see.

Great minds must think alike. I gave my girl a good dose of P & K this morning. I also built the girl a sensory deprivation chamber. I'll post some photos later.

Still no signs of starting flower. Early morning after 1 1/2 days of rain.

As mentioned before gave her a dose of P & K

This afternoon took some scrap ply, 2x2's, & a tarp, and made a dark house

The girl is going to get 12 hrs dark till it shows then I'm gonna go to 12 1/2 light 11 1/2 dark, and run it this way till sept 8th to match natures clock. If all goes well she could finish by mid oct.

Sweet.......I gave them the shot of Bloom nutes 2 days ago and the buds have started to really stack up now.......They are in their third week of flower now so they have taken to the nutes nicely with no deficiencies......I have a good feeling about this lol

This morning when I brought the girl out of the tent, I saw the 1st signs of flowers, so it just took one good dark period to get her going, of course I'll keep up the dark cycle.

If you could find a box large enough to cover the whole plant and block out all the light, that you are willing to put on and take off everyday at the exact same time, then a box is the best bet.

Is there a way to force an outdoor plant to start flowering, short of bringing it inside into dark to control its light???

I have a Maui Wowie which has been in clone line for a couple of yrs. I cut this clone in March, and it was a mother in a small veg box until the middle of July, when I put it outdoors to finish out. (It's still a mom, I took 4 cuts off of it this morning).

This strain will always start flower when flipped to 12/12, but outside that's not until mid/late sept. Where I live I don't have 8wk after this point until frost and snow.

Can I get a big box and cover her to regulate the light hrs???
or is there another way to fool her?

Is she too wide to use a "U-Haul" box they have for hanging clothes?I think those are about 30" square, by 4' tall if not a little more.

I thought it was easier to make a quick video than it is to post pictures. When you brush your hand across it, you get a great piney citrus smell that clings to your hand for minutes. I cant wait for harvest!

This will be the final update. My girl is flowering hard now, and a few nights ago I stopped tenting her at night, and she is continuing to flower without light dep. My problem now is that she is fading early, so I continue to up her feed, I've even gone hardcore with immediate available nutes (MG Bloom Booster 15-30-15). Been feeding 1 1/4 gal 1200 ppm+/day, to slow the yellowing. The photos are day 15 of flower.
