At the top of every thread there's a Thread Tools, click that, and then click Subscribe to thread. You can unsubscribe the same way.Can someone please tell me how to subsribe to threads im new and no seems to want to help
You can make it so that you are automatically subscribed to any thread you post in, I'm not sure if it's the default setting or not...
Anyways, go to My Rollitup, under Your Control Panel, click Edit Options. Under Messaging & Notification, look at Default Thread Subscription Mode. There your options are "do not subscribe", "no email", "instant email notification", "daily email notification" and "weekly email notification" for when you first post to thread. I would go with no email...

Hello, it seems that the outdoor section is a little lacking.(in my eyes

And, as a first time grower i'm wondering if there is a step by step guide to cover outdoor growing. I've never grown weed, indoor or outdoor so all the basics need to becovered. If anyone can find a link that'd be really appreciated

hi ppl,
I have been trying to upload photos from photobucket so that the picture is on the screen and not a attached thumbnail.
I copy and paste the http from photobucket to the url in manage attachments but it won't recongnize it. can anyone help?
Update: ok I have figured out how to upload the image, but there still coming up as thumbnails.

Hey guys new to RIU here..
Ive been trying to post my own thread but ive been waiting almost a week and it still isn't up.. and i don't have much time to get done what i need too anyways...
I have grown with cfl's previously and it worked out great but my setup was very ghetto.. Now that i have more fundings i would like to get a more legitamate light rig going in my cab. I recently purchased a 4 socket vanity light fixture from home depot and was wondering how to rig it.. I have had no experience with wiring at all and was wondering if there is any way i can get it working without wiring it because i have no idea how to do that. Also on it it say "Risk of fire max cfl 26 watts" and i was going to plug in y splitters in each socket and run 2 27 watters out of each is this safe? Also what would be a good way to attach it to the top of my cab. Should i take it back and look for other options of can i make this work somehow. If not what would be another good option to rig 8 cfl bulbs without wiring.. Thanks in advance guys!
Oh and also there is an album with my cab and previous grow in it in my profile if that helps!

I just set up a new system in a one-car garage. It gets fairly hot in the summertime and there's no exhaust vents. This is the only location where I can grow, so I have to make it work here.
I have a 5'x5'x6.6' high grow tent, 1000w light, ebb n grow system, 8" HO Can Fan and an icebox with 1/2hp EcoPlus chiller for cooling. I just set everything up and decided to give it a test run. The garage temperature was 77 F, so I decided to run the fan, icebox and chiller without the light on to see how far I could drop the temperature.
I checked after one hour and the garage rose 82 F!!! Five degrees hotter! The chiller was pumping out more hot air than the icebox with cool air!
When I started up the chiller, it listed the water reservoir temp at 70 F, and I set it to 58 F. After an hour, it still said 70 F. The chiller instructions say that it may overtax the system if it has to work over 90 F, but this was only 77 F. Am I doing something wrong???
This setup is working the exact opposite from how I planned it.
Any ideas on how I can cool this garage down? The garage has shared walls (on both sides) and is part of a condo complex, so adding a vent may be dicey.

anyone having problem embedding vids from youtube now?
i know how to use the you tube embed tags, but lately there just not working for me... for example, if i wanted to embed this vid:

i would copy the embed code from youtube, and wrap that same embed code with the youtube tags, like this:
but when i do that, what appears in the forum is this- (empty space the size of the vid player)

hi im new here never signed up do to anonymity purposes and dont know if u could get tracked down on this website or not but i am now desperate and dont know what to do!.....
i have to grow rooms they are flowering at about week 5 or 6 and both started 12/12 at the same time 1 of the rooms is perfectly fine and growing beautifully and the other the buds are tiny browning and have stopped growing all together im pretty sure i interupted the light cycle due to curiosity and constantly peeking in when the lights were off to monitor growth. i know thats a big no no but couldnt help myself and this is my first grow NOT GONNA HAPPEN AGAIN! but is there any way to bounce back from this... is it to late for them i even tried turning the lights off for another 24 hours and nothing... help please

I've searched all over. Peeps seem to type "bump" in their own threads, and I'm not familiar with it. Can't find a reference anywhere. What do it mean?

My user name is grasshopper. For some reason I cannot loggin to this account anymore. I have reset the password 3 times and it will not let me logg into the account. If someone could message me private a new reset passowrd or tell me what the problem is I would be really happy
. I have been useing webforums for years and I think I am not makeing a mistake when trying the new reset passords. Mabey I am stoned...hehehe. I even tried copy and paste them.

Can you please tell me how to multi quote. Had a look thru this thread but the first few pages pics are of, I presume, the old site. Been ticking the multi quote on the right of the 3 reply options, but the posts I tick don't show when I try to reply???
