Must be, somehow all the txt I wrote was lost but we did have the plants outside for a couple days during their lights on time while I did a little remodeling in the room. We have gone over the other plants in the room and don't notice anything abnormal as of now.

pupa of some sort. You must have had a caterpillar. Let it grow and see what comes out.

did you happen to sit the plants in the grass or anything other then a table ? could of picked it up from setting them outside..

It looks more like a cocoon, maybe a moth. Like the one in the image
