Found a hole??!!

I inspected the plant and I don't see any other holes, and doesn't seem like there are bugs. Any idea what it could be?!

Also do you guys think she's small for being almost 3 weeks?

It looks ok to me. You sure that is a hole and not dirt?

Just manage moisture level in your medium and let it grow. The amount of light a plant gets directly relates to growth rate-what are you using?
