found an outdoor plant!!! someone help me

im really new to this but i found a plant behind my house and i dont know what to do....it is around 6 ft or 7 ft tall but not to bushy its just tall with like 40 tops on it....it is gonna bud soon i think but i am worried about police spotting it...it is in the wide open.....if someone could give me some info to prepare me for when this thing does bud or what i should do right now.....id really appreciate it!!!

if it has not been spotted already leave it alone .. let it be till it buds and then chop her down when she is ready

Has someone been taking care of it? If so, id be carefull, odds are they know where you live,lol. But you dont know where they do. And your bound to leave tracks back and forth. So if someone is taking care of it, they have already seen your tracks,2+2=u. Just my opinion, wouldnt want 1 of my prizes getting chopped. But it is kinda wierd out in the open like that. If they are taking care of it, you can be sure its at night.
