hell nah it was potting soil from ace hardware!! Are these okay to keep around or should i get rid of?eat em! lol jk idk. you probably put mushroom compost too and got mushrooms to grow lol ^^;
Are you being for real right now?i'd suggest sterilizing the soil. fungi problems can real bad. the spores travel up the stalks and can use your buds as a substrate.
shouldnt u be tending to my crop?thatd be a real 2 for 1 deal
shouldnt u be tending to my crop?
I was guna repost that for you, but then I realised your prolly collecting welfare checks. Typical.
This. And they're pretty. Look at all the tiny fruiting bodies just breaking soil. cnOk, mushrooms get their nutrients from the substrate, not the air around them, but mushrooms give back, breaking down complex molecules and returning more basic ones, the kind plants like. Fungus are the great decomposers, the things that return everything back to the earth. I feed my tomatoes spent mushroom substrate (read compost) and they love it.

Fungi often are to the advantage of plants as they break down complex molecules into more soluble states, they are also good at transporting and keeping moisture.
I'd be worried about fungus gnats indoors though...
