So I found this plant in one of my mom's plants and i didnt plants it and neither did my brother but it looks like weed, is it?? how can I tell??

hell ya it is straight up somebody threw a seed in there could have been mistake but thats pot. thie single leaf on bottom then three leaves the more.

Honestly, you'd be just as accurate if you guessed. As it gets older it may exhibit a strain specific trait, but I wouldn't worry. It's free weed!

I found a plant growing on the side of my dads driveway a few years back. It was about the same size as that one when I found it. We moved it to the back of the house and it grew into an nice female bush and started flowering. No one new about it but my dad and I. He had some guys come work on the house and bam! the next weekend that plant was dug up and gone! I was so pissed! Nothing we could really do but needless to say that my dad never hired those guys again.
