FOUR DAY DRY

I have been drying in a kitchen cabinet close to the ceiling the RH has bean between 35%-45% averaging 39% and my temps have been uncontrolled as well NO AC day time temps get up to 85. I put them in the jar today a four day dry, but the chlorophyll smell was gone the stems bent a hair before snapping. Can you start curing to save the bud from drying out too fast?

You got to get temps lower than that. I move mine back and forth between brown paper bags and open drying to slow things down, but in my case it is due to lack of humidity, not high temps and low humidity
nice, ok thats a good Idea, as far as temps go I only have one place right now in my house and thats not a good place for it. thanks though. The nugs are at perfect dryness right now and when I opened the jar....WOW. Do you think chlorophyll will still breakdown if it still needs to?

In my experience, fast dried winds up smelling like grass even in cured in a jar. The headache is usually from harvesting too early

When I did paper bag drying in my basement. I think I was 5-6 days in bag, 2 days in 1L mason jars 3/4 full, bag 1 day, jars 2 days, bag for another day and jar for good. The smell I have from my Blue Cindy from G13 Labs is super blueberry sour smelling right now, been jarred over a year now too. I never had an issue with that method except for maybe an extra day of drying in a paper bag before jarring them again. Glad those days are done for me now

I just tested a nug today the smell in the jar went away a little this morning but some burping rotating and putting back in brought the smell back to average I'd say. Does smell change intensity during curing?
