Four plants per 1000 watt HPS

I run 1 plant 2 or 3 or 10 under the hps 1000 . but 4 plants . your topping and super cropping them I assume ? I stuff the 4 plants in 10 gallon pots . and best veg I say is damn with out your pics who knows . but me I will veg them 2.5 foot tall .finish height 5 foot .

I currently have 5 vert to a 1kw. I veg for about 6-8 weeks generally. I've got 4 plants in rdwc that I will also be flowering under a 1kw bulb vert. I'm going to try and get them about 80cm -1m high before flipping.

Right now I'm doing 4 plants in a 5x5x7 tent with two 600's and they are usually about 24 inches or smaller before I flip, 10 gallon pots, this is my first time doing 4 plants, last time I did 5 plants and had serious environmental issues and still had a yield of 27oz...This time I'm aiming for at least two pounds, here's a pic 3 days into flower.

I run six plants under my 1000 watt. Veg for 6/8 weeks and average height is 2ft tall when they're put into flowering. I use 3 or 5 gallon pots at the moment. Gonna try a 10 or 15 gallon pot for my next transfer to see if it really makes a difference.

I do 4 under 1k and this is how big I like them when I flip. In #10 pots and vegged 6 - 8 weeks. This strain doesn't stretch much, if it was a og, I would have keep them a lot shorter.

Thanks for the input guys. Because of numbers I'll only be able to do 12 this next run. I top, then lst. i usually ran 18 under 2 1000 watt hps. I would top, lst, and veg for 3-4 weeks and get 60+ ozs per harvest. The strain I run is extremely awesome. It's a sour diesel cross that stretches very little and yields excellent and also is dank as hell. So i figured if I up my size of pot, added 1 more light and vegged twice as long I should be able to pull same yield or maybe more. I started a journal but they are still small in 1 gallon pots currently getting ready for there next pot size. (I included a pic of some finished product) haha

2 600 would be a little increase in electricity but u would double ur footprint same amount of lumens

One wouldn't double the foot print. Pretty sure you gain 2 square feet.

this would also depend on reflectors used but it def would be better using 2 x 600's than 1 x 1000 but it also depends on the area he got to work with

different reflectors reflect the light different as in parabolic reflectors , adjustawing , budget etc and different reflectors can reflect different area space as in more or less

So you would grow out side of a 3x3 with a 600 depending on what reflector the bulb sat in?
