I plant then water just a little were the roots should be. Water again when the soil is fairly dry. if I water to run off is because im not as meticulous as I use to be. I would say if you are watering to runoff with a seedling in a large pot you risk overwatering. I never tried to rescue overwatered seedlings looks difficult. It happens, its ok just be careful how much love you showing.

Could you feed them twice a day with a spray bottle?
the soil should have all the nutes the seedlings need. I just plant them and leave them alone when im not giving tap water.

sure. you can water with a spray bottle gonna be alot of work in a large pot alot of time you could be spending working the room.

I recommend watching Mr Canuck’s on YouTube. I believe he uses fox farm ocean mixed with some castings and couple other things. Definitely perlite was in the mix of additives.

I think in his starter videos he was using FFOF. I’ll have to look at it again. His grows are great and I’ve been picking up tips and tricks from his videos.

IMO FF is literally the worst soil to use. Spend a little more and get premium soil.
