That is a good set of fertilizers -- I use them myself on some of my outdoor grows.
Tiger Bloom and Big Bloom, also made by Fox Farms, are the organic alternative to "Open Sesame," "Beastie Bloomz," and "Cha-Ching." You use one or the other. They are different versions of the same thing. So no, you don't use both because then you would be double fertilizing.
Molasses, or similar products like Advanced Nutrients' Liquid Carbo Load, are primarily to benefit the microbial growth in your soil. But if you're using tap, disinfectants maybe killing the bacteria and fungi that could benefit from it. But if used in moderation, it doesn't really interfere with nutrient uptake. It's much too large a polysaccharide.
