Fox Farm Vs. Miracle Grow

Hi everyone, So cutting to the chase. Ive been growing blueberry and jack 22 since Oct 8th. I am in the harvesting stage and I must say the nugs on the miracle grow soil w/ fox farm nutes seem much denser than fox farm soil and nutes... next grow should I go a little heavier with the nutes? All in all they are ok. They taste amazing.. Just not as dense as I expected.

Note bene* I will also be upgrading from my closet to a full 60 x 60 x 80 grow tent for my next grow. My gut is telling me however, that I could have been a bit more liberal with the nutes rather than airing to the lighter side..

Either way, I am going to keep a log on here and at lest get some feed back on my 2nd grow.

Will post specs as well.

Hay your plants look ok. But ditch the f-in MG. Learn organics for cannabis. MG is not it... Fox Farm is ok for cannabis. But learning how soil works in co-heasen with roots, and what macro/micro nutes are needed and at what stage of growth. The teaming with microbes book is a good start. That Will get you to be a better grower. BTW ya look pretty hot in your accidental mirror selfie!

Wow, great feedback so promptly. Thanks for replying guys. Haha oops on the selfie! Ah stretched... yes. Probably will need another light for the 60 x 60 tent. I agree with learning to get my desired results organically. Hence, why i am here complaining/inquiring. I have been through so many videos and articles I figure it is time to get out here and get real feedback and advice. I love growing, just want to continue to learn. As I get my grow tent set up I will post more. I have started GSC auto for my next grow. Will be interesting to compare to Auto to the regular blueberry i just grew. Right now I am using the tent to dry my harvest. Once done, lighting, humidifier, fans etc will be mounted in the tent.

If it's a possibility in your grow situation. Then try a light deprivation outside budding from June through August. 12 hours under direct summer sunshine. 12 hours manually placed in a blackout room. 60-70 days will produce better quality buds than any artificial plant light on the Earth.. Cost comparison to running lights all summer as compared to the natural summer sunshine (which cost $0.00) per grow hour. Sorry, I just a outdoor grower. Stuck inside for the winter. Please forgive my rant. :eyesmoke:

Agreed. Seems lighting is my issue not the Fox Farm. Been following the fox farm schedule for feeding with grow big and tiger bloom for veg/flower. FF and MG soils as only variable. But the one light for 3 plants is seeming to be my problem. Will be interesting to compare MG to FF tase. I will be doing that test early this week.

I plan to grow along side my tomatoes and basil when summer comes too brotha. ;)

Yeah, that's not nearly enough for 3 plants. Its only 90w from the wall. For that tent you will need more than 650w of high quality LED if you wanna fill the tent with plants.
