Fox Farms nutes help

Ok well im all kind of new to this and i was wondering what schedual i should use to feed my plants when i start growing this weekend. Through out the grow im going to be using cfl's only 2 atm but i would like to have about 6 if i could find a fixture or 2, but back on the subject im going to be using coir as my grow medium i was wondering what schedual i should follow from their website the hydroponic one http://www.foxfarmfertilizer.com/hydrofeed.pdf or the soil one http://foxfarmfertilizer.com/soilfeed.pdf also i was wondering about ph levels in coir right now i have my tap coming at 6.3 so should i keep it at that or use some ph down to make it lower to some degree? if so what ph should be optimal?

I'm no expert in coir, but I do run Fox Farms in soilless (Promix with Perlite).

I only used the hydro schedule for a guide. Here's my routine:

It is largely dependent on strain, but I build up to 1 tsp/gallon Grow Big durring veg, and then build up to 1 tsp/gallon Grow Big plus 1tsp/gallon Tiger Bloom durring flower. I feed with every water unless the plants start to show stress. I also add 1 oz/gallon of Big Bloom every few weeks and 1 tsp/gallon of silica (not necessary for you) at the start of flower. Each time I feed/water I look to have 25% runoff.

To keep the salts down, I flush with plain ph'd water every third week. For the last two feeds I reduce the ferts to 1/3 strength, to use up excess nutes in the plant.

Use about a quarter strength what ever the bottle recommends and play with the feedings. There are tons of variables that go into it so there's no deffinate answer unless you find someone with a nearly identical setup; strain and all. But I find a 1/4 of what they say good until they start getting some meat on their bones then up it SLOWLY.

cuts and seedlings 1/5 the recommended doseage to start
Teens 1/3
and full on bushes 1/2

Its much easier to start soft and work your way up, then to start heavy and nute lock your plants. Fox Farms is pretty forgiving though IMO, but can and will burn your plants so pour with a light hand I find having a PPM meter helps alot if you really wanna get your nutes dialed in
