it is called out of network coverage. This is not Obama care bet the rules of the provider you pick. So many misperceptions. What is happening is that we are finding out that no one has ever read their policies and are only now taking notice of what the hell they have wen paying for all these years, all the while thinking they are happy with their pls s when in a actuality they don't even know what they are paying for.
