I don't know why either... i think they are worried about how people would look at them... oddly enough they would have more supporters then apposes them..... this recession we are having at the moment might push them over the edge to legalize marijuana... California is so far in debt that they are begging the marijuana shops for there promised share in tax money

thats the mentality alot of people had in the 60-70s.....Glad to see people are still optimistic......we still have to get some young blood in congress... people with open minds
Wouldn't it be nice to be driving around and seeing ganja growing in peoples front lawns instead of hedges.
It would make the towns smell sexy too. I believe the days are coming when We will see marijuana legal, or at least decriminalized in the USA. The state I'm from, Mass, recently decriminalized it a couple months ago.

yeah so ive herd, if u have more then an ounce its a $100 fine but no going to court or jail
and i have a question , can you smoke in front of a cop ??
