FOX News mocks the Canadian Military + Marijuana

Anyone have anything to say about this?

Has anyone noticed that Doug Benson from Super High Me was apart of this? If you don't know who Doug Benson is, he is a well known cannabis comedian and made a movied called Super High Me where he got high for 30 days straight.

I'm very upset that a marijuana icon is apart of this. Someone out there is bound to do a profile check on this guy and find out hes a pot-smoker making disgusting remarks.

That was fucking disgusting. Just because America's leaders are powerhungry mofo's just looking for oil, doesn't mean that the rest of the countries involved have to be. They were basically just calling Canada pussies, comparing them to the USA, who aren't even in the Middle East for the right reasons in the first place. And isn't Obama supposedly pulling out in 2011 also?

These fucking assholes 4 Canadians were just killed in afghanistan less than a week ago. Canadians are out there fighting and dieing in Afghanistan supporting us, and these conservatives have the balls to trash the Canadian military, What a fucking disgrace!......................They sit there laugh like that shit is funny, do you think the Canadians in Helmand province think this shit is joke?

The US wonders why no UN country will send their troops.... why would they... it seems the US considers all others beneath them.... I'll tell you what. The US starts all the shit by sticking their nose in everyones business, putting troops on holy lands...etc.. so let them fight alone... thats the second time and the last time it was a senator/congressman that said shit and not some Fox right wing talking head comic.... we help our neighbor and get pissed on..

Thanks... I know its only the right that think that way..and not all of them in fairness... but years ago one guy said that if they needed water they'd take ours and what could we do, one just said a while ago we(army) were pathetic.. he was a Rep..

Funny thing is that most of Europe has parades every year honoring our efforts there in WW2.. Holland blankets our capital in tulips. That doesn't happen to the US..yet our neighbors always show us disdain....

While I do not agree with the intentional attempt at humor that was in the FOX piece Canada is not exactly a military powerhouse. It ranks 15th in the world right between Mexico and Iran and is lower ranked than India, Germany, Japan, Turkey, Brazil, the U.K. Italy, South Korea, Indonesia and if you can imagine it Canada even ranks lower than France. The local Girl Scout Troop is more of a military powerhouse than France is and it would be much more dependable in a fight too. Also you can add the real powers in the world to the very top of that list, the U.S., Russia and China.

So while I do not care for how Canada was used as a joke it cannot be overlooked that Canada is not exactly in the upper tiers of military strength in the world.
