FoxFarm Advice Needed--by "old" hippie

so what I am getting is---that all three would be best Big Bloom,Grow Big and Tiger Bloom? I see they come in a 3-pack. I would be using Pro-Mix and worm castings---do I also need molasses?

i'm an old fart too! 43 years since i smoked my first doob!

FF nutes are good, most of the biggies are. as long as you have a grow, a bloom and a bud enhancer, you're good to go. you can also use molasses and other inexpensive things to help out.

you can do without the bud enhancer if you have to but get it when you can. i have used FF, botanicare, GH, dutch, a couple others i can't remember and am currently using advanced nutes.

FUCK miracle grow etc.! get some decent soil. i use fox farm or black gold. about $18 per large bag but the return on investment is well worth it. go to the web site of a good soil manufacturer and there is usually a store locator to see if there is someone in your area who carries it.

good luck! keep it simple, it's really not that hard to grow some decent pot!

You can do things for FAR more cheaper then what I spend...specially growing in a potting soil full of nutes.

edit: I grow in an inert medium, that holds zero nutrient (hydro) and feed EVERY watering. As you could understand this = more $$, as soil holds onto and binds with nutrients.

Sorry that's not a true statement. I know people who "know how to grow" that have had deficiencys with FF products.

Me personally, if there is one product that I can use with great results without having to buy a bunch of separate bottles of watered down nutes and mix and match... Guess which route I'm going..

I wouldn't necessarily say fuck miracle grow either, I've used MG Bloom Booster with above average results.

So there are 50 ways to leave your lover, and 50 ways to grow your girls. This is what makes it fun to keep on growing. Just stay with it and it will all come together. Live and learn. I to have been smoking for 40 years. Hope I live to be free to smoke and grow with out fearing the man will fuck my world up. Have fun and love your girls.

Boy wouldn't that be nice if this government could figure out there is "nothing" wrong with growing or smoking this weed! Shit, I started in '66 and have been using it daily since!!

Matter of fact, depending on your soil and veg time you may not need the grow big, at least not as much as the big bloom and tiger bloom.

ALSO, theres people on ebay selling the trio packs solubles and nutes in smaller amounts for cheap.

i was referring to their soil, but with all the great products on the market, i wouldn't spend one second thinking of using their nutes either! different strokes eh?
