Ya didn't mean to post second pic the first one since around end of October it was doing good till about a month ago

What are your temps? They definitely look heat stressed (hence the possible foxtailing) and possibly overfed.

Temp fluxes alot it's winter and with exhaust going it drops but the smell is to bad not to run it and at night it also drops the leafs look like that because of under watering awhile ago I do believe

The hairs are starting to turn red I will give it a few more weeks see what happens

Any time you see the tips clawing downwards, it's more than likely you're over fertilizing (excess nitro). Also, the leaves looks bloated which tend to lead me to believe that you oversaturated the medium as well.
How much is the difference in the temp swing? what type of light are you using?

I'm using a mars hydro 2000 so it puts out 300 watt the temp swing and humidity swing was around 20 degrees on the temp and 30 to 40% on the humidity have it stabilized around only drop 10 degrees on the temp and the humidity is at 40%

I forgot to mention, another tall-tale sign of overheating is tacoing of the leaves (first pic).
I don't know what the recommendation are on the Mars Hydro, but you might want to check them out and follow whatever it is that they recommend.
And that's some major swings you got going on there. For future reference try focus on dialing in your environment before anything else. The temps, humidity and lighting all play a big part in how the plants eat and react, so the more you practice dialing in the better the overall results will be.
