Thought I’d show how I’ve built my frame and sinks. It’s pretty heavy but not unmanageable and also fully adjustable with the strips spacing. Not ordered drivers yet but they will be mounted to the frame aswell.
If you wanted to get those center strips spaced evenly like the others you could flip that angle bracket to the inside of the light on the other side of that rail to get away from those other angle brackets.

cost was around £140 posted which I don’t thinks too bad. I quite like the spacing tbh. I’ve read that spacing the middles further apart reduces the hotspot in the centre plus better spread around the edges. Hopefully the profile heatsinks do their job.
tbh mate if I was to do it again I would use 2020 instead of 3030 just to keep weight down. I’ll put a little list together for you later , just got To work.
