Freaggin Pests!!! Help!

Couple plants are Next to regular veggies some tomatoes,pepper,
Lower branched leafs are having aphids or some mites also. What should I do? Keep spraying even though they have been precflowering and are now almost dense crystals also.
I have neem oil, insect soap, and caterpillar soap
Need tips outd

neem oil and insect soap should work fine, go thru each leaf 1by 1 and spray em down gently rubbing off any mites or bugs and after spray em down with water to keep your pre buds clean
