I signed uo as well for the free samples. I also went to a site recomended by someone on her? not sure who tho. It is called Cutting Edge Solutions:

Here is an e-mail I recieved from them.

Hello ***.
We are offering samples at this time, until the holiday break. Our products work very well in all mediums, it is just a matter of adjusting the ratios (less concentrated for soil and heavy coco mediums). If you are using a heavily amended soil, you may find it advantageous to water with straight water for a week or so and then ramp up the nutes gradually. I only recommend this because some soils come packed with a lot of fertilizer to begin with. In all honesty, some plants are more vigorous than others, so the amount of fertilizer in the beginning is also very much dependent on the "hunger" of each specific plant. For the most part though, if you follow the drain-to-waste ratios for soil, you will do just fine. Of course, I always recommend to people in soil that they check the ppm of the run-off regularly, in order to gauge if a flush is necessary. Send me an address and I will have a sample pack sent out to you. Right on ***, thank you for your interest.

Glad you posted this. I wrote them about 3 weeks ago, and they told me it was on hold until the end of the year, and I totally forgot about writing them back. Just did it.

Thanks.

A little fert porn. Sorry for image quality. All I have is my camera phone. Ill list them off for you.

We've got the standard samples from Bio-Bizz. Theres two vials in the topmax bag. A full quart of Alg-A-Mic-, Bio-Grow, and Bio-Bloom. Jacob hooked me up on the quarts. Sometimes you get lucky.

The botanicare consists of:
Pure blend Pro-Grow, Pure Blend Pro-Bloom, 2x Liquid Karma, Sweet Grape, and Hydroplex.

The General Hydroponics sent me their entire Organic line consisting of:

Bio-Thrive Grow, Bio-Thrive Bloom, Bio-Marine(fish emulsion), Bio-Weed(seaweed), Cal/Mag+, Bio-Root(root booster), Bio-Bud(blossom booster), and Black Diamond(Humic Acids).

You can get the botanicare by writing [email protected] or [email protected] and asking for samples.

Same thing goes for GH. I dont remember the email, but it shouldn't be difficult for anyone to locate it. You'll have to pay around 20 bucks for shipping. I had to pay $23 as an american. You dont have to get the organic line though. Its nice you can choose which line you'd like to try. Also, the box says genhydro.com on it, so you may not want to send it to where you grow.

I did the same exact thing after reading a thread about free nutes on another site. Not all will reply, but the ones that do reply will set you up with nutes to last a long time.

I also wrote advanced, but they said all samples are given out through hydro shops, so the next hydro shop you are in ask them if they have any nutrient samples of _any_ brand :)

I got my Cutting Edge nutes today:

Its hard to see what they are. Its Micro, Grow, Bloom, Plant-Amped, Mag-Amped, and Uncle Johns Blend.

1 Quart each.

They also gave me a bag to carry em in. Sweet.

Forgot to add, that they're hydro nutes + foliar feeding nutes. I plan on doing a DWC grow in the future, so this is great.

Would anyone be interested in seeing the results of Bio-Bizz vs Fox Farms on a five plants from seed? There isn't enough in the samples to really decide if its worth buying, but hopefully I can help give you all more info to make up your mind.

Just wanted to update that I was wrong about the nutes being hydro only. You can use them in soil as well.

Peace. I have signed up for the free nutes from BioBizzz and they have yet to send anything in 2 months of the request. I have written them and they said in January they would be back to sending them out and this is nearing the end of January....still no nutes. I am not familiar with the company or it's line of products but what I am familiar with is scams. Why do they need your phone number to send you something via mail? I know that it is easy as going onto the internet to use the info that they requested to trap one off or rob someone and I am giving a heads up. Yes I realize that they may have sent a few out to people and they are satisfied, but what would you do if you wanted to keep up a front? You would obviously have to send out a few to get a larger base to work on. It was word of mouth that got everyone else theirs and it is word of mouth that they could use to their advantage. I am not a paranoid person and I am not trying to strike fear in anyone here but it is something to question.

Said company (or the name ) has been around so they say for OVER 10 YEARS and they have no record in the BBB archives (good or bad)! And the telephone thing is a real sticking point to me. Having had dealings with people who run cons and scams I know what can be done with the smallest of info these days. I write this to say PROTECT YOURSELF and question these people who are asking for info that is unnecessary to ship something to you for free. The saying that there is nothing free in this world could be applied to this instance. Take precaution!

PEACE.
