Frequency of feeding

I'm using jobes organic fert right now, from what I read it's an all organic fert, what is the recommended feeding regime for organic ferts since it is contains micro organisms and not chemicals and is more slow released? For veg and flower? I want to feed them as much as i can without causing nute tox, Also what would be a good organic flower fert? Maybe a good organic veg fert as well? Not talking about teas and whatnot, more something I can buy and mix in with some water, I work full time and don't really have time to procure all the necessary materials for and mix teas, not saying I don't spend any time with my ladies, but not long spurts at a time, lights go off at 9am right now, and come on at 9pm, so my time with them is limited to before work and before bed pretty much, I've been giving them a full strength feeding every 2 weeks with straight water between, was thinking about giving half strength feeding in between feedings, just want them to be the best they can be!

I use the Espoma 'tones' and apply once/month and only water in between.

You're right, the stuff breaks down slow and by feeding that often you are dumping more on what hasn't broken down yet. Basically building up to toxic levels.

Get the chem mindset out of your head with the in between 'snacks' and full strength too often @ every 2 weeks. The plant will take what it needs when it needs it, not when you think it needs it.

The directions on the bag said every 14-28 days, pretty vague, but like I said I'm not sure about the amount mainly for cannabis, because I'm sure each plant is different, will post pics as soon as lights come on so you guys can see what they look like, they still look really healthy, no signs of nute tox or deficiency, but I want them to be as healthy as possible which is why I joined this forum, and why i ask questions, I like to know what to do and why to do it, so should I do half strength every 2 weeks? And your right, I do have a chem mindset, first grow was with chemical ferts, that's why I'm asking questions about it, and the npk value for the jobes is 5-0-3, and with going all organic, can I recycle my soil since organic ferts feed the soil and not strip the soil like chem ferts?

here they are, 7 weeks old and almost 3 weeks into flowering, other than no sign of sex i think they look pretty healthy considering we had a few weeks that the temps got up into the 100's consistantly

You have multiple nutrient deffs. I think your looking at organics the wrong way.. Organics is about feeding the life inside the soil..rite? So if that were true then how would you get a nutrient toxicity of any nutrient. I think you should do a couple things to improve your grow. Because that's what this is all about rite? A learning experience. One you should get proper lighting. For veg a t5 HO florescent light should do fine for a small grow, and for flower you might want to go with a high pressure sodium. It will become inefficient to grow with any other sort of light ( except maybe LED ). Unless you only want a oz of 4 plants. Then after you get your lighting dialed in, if you really want to grow using organic techniques then you should think about things like making your own soil. Which is far cheaper in the long run then buying soil. Look into things like composting, soil amendments etc. And really you should read the ROLS thread. Even if you don't recycle your soil its a great place for information. Anyways growing with organics can save you a lot of time and money. Inorganic fertilizers are not the way to go. And in my opinion 99% of store bought "Organic fertilizers" are bullshitting you. Micro organism that would be beneficial to your garden cannot live without air...anaerobic. So please take a look at that thread and get a brighter light on those plants.

I have them under a 250 watt and a 125 watt cfl at the moment, going to get a 200 watt bulb to replace the veg bulb that is in it, so good lighting as far as I can tell, hps is too much heat for my setup as I am already fighting heat issues, and so store bought organic soil and ferts are a hoax? And can i just finish veg with the jobes and still have an all organic crop? should i continue with my feeding regimen or cut back on the nutes? Organic is definitely becoming more difficult than I assumed, I figured that if it were sold as organic it would be organic? And I will admit that I didn't put anything in the soil on this grow for aeration like perlite or anything, but I thought I had everything, thought I knew enough to get started without any problems, I'm not a botanist or professional green thumb, and I like responses with suggestions, because you are correct, the whole point of me joining and posting questions is to learn, but from what I've read, I'm much better off with my high power cfl's than some t5 ho's, I think my 125 bulb is 11,000 lumens and my 250 is like 13,000 lumens, 125 is a 6500k bulb and the 250 is a 2700k bulb, going to get a 200 watt 2700k bulb to replace veg bulb for full harvest, I'm early sexing them, but bulbs are expensive, I still need to get a 6500k bulb for my 250 also, but I've been spreading my money here and there to get what I needed first to get going, but I will check out the rols thread, and maybe a few organic soil threads and maybe some organic tea threads, any suggestions on good teas for veg and flower? And where I might find the substances needed?

Remember.. 100W per plant is ideal, and since you've spread them so far out, you need a bulb for each. CFL has no penetration.. keep them within 4" of the leaves!

They are actually pretty close to each other, buckets touching, id have them a little more spread out if i had the 200 watt 2700k bulb, but money is always an issue, and I had read that 400 watts of light was good for a 3x3x4 box, i have 375 watts of light at the moment, and I've got the light about 6" away from leaves due to the heat issue I've been having, and someone else had told me that no more than 7-8" away from leaves, and the bulbs for those cfl's aren't small nor the fixture, so only way I could put more light in there is a bunch of t5's or something, but I couldn't use one of those lights per plant, the 2 lights I have in there already take up almost all the overhead space, and with fan, timer and that in there, there's not a whole lot of room for anything else, once I get my mothers out, I will probably move to only 4 plants in there at a time, but that sucks if I really need to go get more lights, I'm trying to keep electricity cost down since the "op" isn't exactly wanted in the house, but as long as they don't notice a spike in electricity or anything, they more or less dont care, thy dont want any wiff of a grow there, they figure if they can figure out that it's there so can the authorities
