Why is the bubble so dark?
Not stirring shit up... can see the trich heads clearly so looks like a good job. Just never seen the bubble so dark...

Ya i thought he was talking potency.
Blasting butane on the trichomes. That shit is poison no matter how pure. It comes from refining crude oil and all butane contains trace amounts of it. Cant get rid of it all out of the butane and it ends up in the final product no matter how much you purge and it is poison. I know... worked in the fuel business. Harsh on the nervous system like all petroleum products are. Smoke the bho steady and it WILL fuck up your nervous system sooner or later.

No clue why it turned out so dark... maybe because the resin heads were abused a bit more with this run then usual so some were broken. Still great quality. The dry ice is a good smoke too. Presses easily, it's got a slight green color tho. I'm gonna rosin some of it when I find time.
I like a good dab from time to time, I'll just never fuck with hydrocarbons anymore. Not worth it... dangerous and I agree that it's impossible to get a 100% clean purge. Not sure about the nervous system stuff, but I got a couple buddies that smoke shatter all the time and they have worse coughs then some 30 year cigarette smokers I know. Every once in awhile I come across some dabs I cant turn down tho.

I know what you mean about the cough. Got a friend with the same prob cause all he will smoke is bho. He never smoked a cig in his life and coughs worse than me, way worse, and i am a 40 year cig smoker...

Moderation is the key. I love smoking flower way more. My brother smokes only concentrates and now he can't get high off bud anymore. I never want that to happen. I make a lot but hardly ever smoke it.

I like options too. It's nice to be able to smoke or eat something different everyday. No tolerance build up.

i got a 150mc dry ice bag from e-bay a few years ago, i also sift fresh frozen trim because the dry stuff just pulverizes too much and too much leaf matter gets through even on the first shake, not much of a problem with fresh even after a couple of good shakes.
i think that 150 is still too big and sifts more green matter than I'd prefer, i would like to try a 90mc next time.
what size bags do you guys prefer?

You want it dry.
I bought a bunch of 80 micron screen awhile back from someplace online. That's the size I use.
Get two buckets. I got two 3 gallon at Lowes. Cut the bottom out of one and rig your screen up over the hole. I just taped mine on real good. I use dried weed that I put in the freezer before I use it. Put the weed in the top bucket, add dry ice on top and let it set for a little bit. Then shake for about ten seconds. Don't over load the bucket. The first shake is all I keep. I'll shake again and give that to a friend. It's got some green by then but they don't care. Easiest way to do it. Only takes a couple minutes and is ready to smoke immediately.

good idea, my bag is a one gallon size...fits perfect over a large coffee can.
great tip about the loose 80mc mesh, i think i can pick some up at the local fabric/textile shop here in town...great idea, thanks.

I mean. The first 10 seconds isnt giving you much better quality then the next 10 seconds.... lol

Well that's how I roll. I'm really generous to my friends. But so are they too me so it all works out. I still end up with more than I need for myself. I don't smoke it that much as I prefer smoking flower.
