Friend having chest pains after coke

Hey so my friend was at a party with me last weekend (like 7 days ago) and we did a little blow, like a half gram split between 10 people; so we really didnt use much.

Today she told me she's been having chest pains near her heart for the last week. She said the pain started a few hours after the last use; I think there were some alcohol weed shrooms and tobacco involved as well but i'm not entirely sure what all she took. She definitely did not use more than .1g over a few hours and probably significantly less than that.

I did a lot of research but wasn't able to find anything conclusive; if anybody has any relevant info i'd really appreciate hearing it.

Your friend should go see a doctor. The doctor can't talk to authorities about drug use

Who shares a gram with 10 people? It might just be anxiety, but should go see a doctor.

Hah it was just a small casual party and none of us are heavy coke users. I'd probably use more if it didnt mess up my nose so bad.

Sounds good though i'll suggest to her to see a doctor. she's young and in literally near perfect physical shape (shes a personal trainer) so she has a very healthy body.

What would you guys suggest the chances of the chest pain being directly related to the coke use? Its not her first time and she didnt use very much at all

lol a half gram for one person isn't even heavy use, my friend did 4 grams in one day now thats heavy use, 10 of you people decided on splitting a little half g so half a line each so y'all just looking for a little energy boost huh? lol weird though imagining a big group of 10 people grouped around a little half gram lol figuire for sure it'd amount to more then that with all those ppl that sounds like a bunch of broke ass high school students or something lol, your friend is a moron for blaming chest pains on half a line of coke tell him it has to be from something else, does he work out a lot by chance? that always does it for me

Shes actually a personal trainer she's in really good shape and works out very often.

and hah I just had a little baggy and popped out a couple lines/key bumps through a night. When I use coke it just like clogs my nose so bad i literally can't use more but yeah mostly just using a little to extend the night a few hours hah.

None of us got super coked up just little lines for social lubricant

Its one of those things that just seemed bizzare to me so i was just seein what y'all had to say from personal experience.

I wish it didnt wrek my nose but hey, blow is like $80-100/g here and it never lasts hah. I get to keep my money

At least if nothing's wrong nothing's wrong

Even the healthiest people can have underlying heart conditions

Yes ur friend huuh...
Well sorry to tell you but some ppls tickers dont work all that well and even the slightest snort will cause the heart to over exert and cause palpitations..
No doctor but did a lot of studying and would strongly recommend that your "friend" see a doctor STAT!!

It is my friend lol I did coke the same night i'm not trying to hide anything, my only negative effect is that coke always fucks up my nose and leads me to smoke cigs and drink a lot if i don't have to drive hah. Thats beside the point though, but yes its my friend

I just have a decent amount of knowledge about my substances and when she texted me today asking if the coke could have anything to do with her chest pain it was an issue I havent really heard of, especially off such small usage

Some people are hyper sensitive to stimulants , I would hardly think a minute dose of cola would cause issues, The only time I've had chest pains from cocaine is when me and the homie would blow through a ball of pure in 2 hours or less, then I'd sit on the couch for about 12 hours feeling like a fat bitch was stuck on my chest. I would suggest she go see a MD and request and ECG. Stimulants can cause t wave rhythm disfunction's of various kinds. I'd also look at the QRS durations . A myocardial infarction would have manifested a short duration after ingestion and more then likely they would have known real quick something was seriously wrong. If it was anything I'd bet it is an arrhythmia of some sorts , Nothing a 50 charge on a defibrillator cannot cure but I'd be concerned as to the why it happened at all. There would have to be an underlying problem other then the cocaine ingestion that was only made obvious because of the use. Hope your friend is alright BB

Chest pain is worth talking to a doctor about.

There are many things though it could be that are not related to her heart, especially if she is really active. I get chest pains sometimes (I've seen a doctor) and it has to do with the fluid lining surrounding my heart.. I forget the explanation but he explained it was pretty common and not to worry about it (after hooking me up and running some stress tests etc).

Just one example. Could be a muscle pull.

Could also be her heart though (especially since it happened right after using a drug known to cause problems with the heart). No point in risking it.

I do believe cocaine is cardiotoxic in any amount, but 50 mg isn't likely to cause any long-term affects without a pretty serious preexisting condition.

Also if that small amount of coke is fucking up your nose, you need to get better coke. Pure coke isn't to bad on the nose at all. Cut destroys it though.

Yeah I remember getting coke that would burn like hell and then clog my nose with pure yellow shit for 3 days after use age , I found out it was cut with some nasty shit and never went back to them. Good coke does not burn at all, You feel it going up, then you go numb. Now that i've thought about it more, the issue might be because of the cutting agent and not the coke itself..

I was about to say that, coke isn't real good for the heart beyond the obvious stim effects.

And yes, if your nose is screwed up especially after only a little, either the blow is not clean, residual acid, residual solvents, or it has a nasty cut.

Levamocile is benign to your sinuses though not to your immune system.

Most all coke currently has a percentage of this animal de wormer in it.
