Friend of foe??

This is not cannabis. & I apologize for that. This is on my outside plants. This year the bugs have been really bad. & something is eating all my leaf's. Just destroying them for dinner. So any of you bug nerds out there. Please help if you can. I've been keeping my eyes peeled but have not caught them yet. Yesterday I noticed a bunch of these dudes chillin on my leaves. What are they & are they the ones doing the damage. *I used neem already. But with the heavy rains lately it's a constant foliar application it seems. Anyhoo, any help would be appreciated.

Thanks bud. After I posted this I did alot of google searches. I think it's a leaf footed bug. They devour these kind of plants. I'm working on getting rid of them now.
