As new growers we have needed all the support and guidance we can get. After about 4 weeks we just began the flowering stage; using CFL lights. Due to limited space we have been experimenting with a PC grow box. We are using a mix of Fosfor Plus and Bloom Complex upon recommendation from the local grow store. The HP level is stable around 6.5-6.7. We used an Italian insecticide; all natural ingredients to get rid of the bug infestation. We have so far made quite a few mistakes, but she seems to be thriving all the same as far as I know....

Just wondering if anyone could take a look and provide feedback. Does she look as she should at this point of her life?4th day veg.jpg4th day veg2.jpg

She looks pretty good, and on track. I would have used a soiless mix, for better drainage and more oxygen to the root zone.

You could have added more soil. Just under the first set of leaves. You could have used a bit LST on her. Why are you going into flowering now? I don't see anu preflowers. Is she an auto? She is soo small :( You could let her grow a bit more...

Do you have a fan on her? It will help thicken up the stem. What kind of soil? I would add some perlite to it if, and when you transplant. Plant looks good. How's your temps and humidity levels?

It is in a PC and I think OP is very new to growing and wouldn't really understand the concepts of LST at this point.

I have never personally understood the PC grows. To me it seems like you would be better off just buying some finished buds.

but then they couldn't say.... hey dude check out this dank nugget I grew, then when its gone in a couple days they can say.... hey dude remember when I grew tha Dank, it was the shit.

i agree with loola, you could train to get a bit more out of her in your tight spot... BUT, if you are just trying to figure things out, go for it.. Ride it out, complete the harvest, learn.. each time gets better and better.. I would try and find a plant you want to keep working with over and over.. its nice to get the mmost out of our tiny places though! keep it up/ hope its a sheeeeeeeeeeee

I know the PC boxes are limited, but we are not working with a lot of space... The point of use growing is so we don't have to pay the ridiculous prices for finished buds....You are right though I really do not fully understand the concepts of LST yet.

Thanks for the support. It is a feminized seed so it should be female. That was pretty much the plan. We are no botanists, but practice does make perfect..

Nothing wrong with small grows. As long as you enjoy it. We all started somewere wether it was big or small. Same rules apply. l ooking good mate happy growing!

Thanks for the advise. We did some research and are trying to do some low stress training. I have noticed a huge difference with the growth on the bottom nodes. I think this is going to be very useful...

You will still be paying the ridiculous prices for finished buds. Your pc grow will last you about 2 weeks and then it will be smoked up, you will have another 2 months of waiting for your next batch. Either way, I have made my point so I will leave it alone, but I think you are going to be extremely disappointed and your plan isnt going to help you much at all in saving money.

TWO WEEKS?.... I was thinking there would be more yield than that, but I guess I have high hopes :) Maybe we can increase production at a later point. We are still learning so the practice could never hurt. Best of luck to you..
