Friends stole weed from me.... what do?

My friend came over and my rolling tray was lying out with bud in it, when he left i noticed that there was like under a gram missing. Dont want him over anymore.... but what should I say when he says 'can I come over later'. Still want to hang out with him.

Tell him straight.. 'Because you took my weed.'

It's not an emotional response, it is there in black and white that way. It doesn't sound like you're very close friends either, he is just someone that comes and smokes with you. Albeit an untrustworthy person. This isn't like a case of your bestest bestest bro having fallen on hard times and had a lapse of judgement, I know weed isn't worth losing real friends over. You already seem like the direct type so...

'Can I come over?'

'No'

'Why?'

'You took my weed last time.'

Can't argue with that.

Completely agree - and CN's response would work too:) if he wants to come over again tell him to bring a j - if he doesnt have one say "you should, you took some of my weed last time you were over"

I would make sure the tray is put away when any guest is over. Leaving your weed out in front of a visitor is not something I recommend doing. Even a friend might be tempted to grab a nug when you're in the bathroom or something. It's not uncomon for peeps to sneak a toke off a bowl or grab a nug from someone when they aren't looking. Lesson learned.......You'll have to decide if you stay friends with this person

Better the OP finds out now. Let's face it, a bit of lost weed could be a cheap lesson. I still think its outrageous pikey behaviour tbh. I get left in places with €€€€'s of weed and I wouldn't dream of helping myself. They wouldn't have everyone in there tho. Better to sift out the untrustworthy ones sooner rather than later. U haven't lost a friend here so be glad u found out rather than dismayed.

People like this should not be allowed in the house! If ur dealing why would u keep ur stuff there anyway. Visitors in homes should be friends only.

Slap the piss put of him next time he comes over or punch him one good time in the face and tell him he better think twice before taking your weed again.. he will understand and have a new amount of respect in your house. he will also know is fucking place.

You put him on the ignore list for a bit and he will get the hint. If you need the biz later of just a favor from him hell always be there but not if you punch him if the face. Some people are just opportunist and when they see a easy one the make bad judgment, and then its to late. Hes probably at home like man shit why the f did I do that as hes nice & high off that gram. If he didnt want to be your friend he would have taken it all but still you cant act like nothing happened.
