From bad to worse, my poor baby !

Ok, earlier this week i posted something about brown spots, Having come to the conclusion tat i accidentally got water on my plants and the lights burnt the micro organisms in my water on the leave, So i take off 4 leaves the first 4 true leaves last night and go over to my mothers home for the night leaving her looking perfectly happy with the lights on.

I get home today around 5 Pm go to my grow closet to find that the 1 42 watt light above hers gripping had let go and it had been less than a half an inch from her the whole last light cycle burning the top of her some what..

Do i want to remove these last couple true leaves towards the top in this pic below, also i noticed one other thing that shows me she still wants to live! Literally 1 night after i took the leaves off the arrows pointing to their locations they already began growing back in full force.

Yeah, I agree. Don't remove any leaves, pull the light a little farther away and just let it keep growing.

try to spray them with a wetting agent to rehydrate them, spray on the front and back of leaves to get all pours. canola oil makes for a great wetting agent, mix a teaspoon with your foliar spray and give it a shake. it also works as an organicide and replaces the need for fly paper if you have pests.

LTTFA = Leave Them The Fuck Alone.

Spraying water on your plants is a great way to start a fungal or powdery mildew infection. You can't "revive" brunt plant tissue. Whats toast is toast. The best medicine is to just let the plant go about its business.

Sooooo many newbs killl plants by messing with them when they are young. they are super tender and should be pretty much ignored for the first week or two.

So again LTTFA.

very true, i try to leave mine as much as possible since touching them hurts their roots a little bit. and yes, if your spraying them every day and drenching them i could see that being a problem however theres a slight mist almost every morning here and my plants get a bit of natural spray without problems. what is burn is burned yes but you could hopefully penetrate the leaves and get some hydration to where the burn has evaporated it. just my thoughts, everyone has a different way to handle a problem.

not sure who to follow... Crazy does sound awful sure, but legally flying is a veteran...

There has been more people saying don't touch them than just me. Trust me when I say just leave young plants alone! No nutes, no sprays, and no intense lights. When it dries out give it water. When it starts to yellow a little, feed it. More plants have been killed with love than all the other reasons combined. I've been there believe me. Now I just know better and young plants are way less exciting to me now.

if something burns one of my plants I will usually just crumble off the burnt parts and leave the rest of the leaf...no worries.

Don't feed it with nutes while it's recovering?

didnt say anything about playing with your plant or over loving it with nutes or water, i even said it looked like over water, and if you have a deficiency you should give them nutes, if you do get deficiencies you should transplant into nitrogen rich compost with both guano and worm castings or for flowering use happy frog high p potting soil mixed with some bat guano for good sources of potash, you shouldnt have nitrogen problems but if they do arise also get worm castings. i strongly suggest compost tea as well.

one foliar feed wont stunt a plant or kill them, if anything itd help them if their leaves were dehydrated from too much heat, if your a grower and have had heat burns you would know this. but if your not using intense lights you probably never have this problem unless you dont raise your lights.

also if your leaves look droopy poke holes into your medium and you can make holes on the sides of the pots, this will help them dry out, grow new roots as well as help the roots breath, once the holes seal up moisture has wicked out. this is almost mandatory to do for the wet season in florida, itll rain for 4 days straight sometimes.

yes it will live without that spray because it will grow new nodes and branches but by rehydrating the leaves that were burned from withering up anymore than she needs too from being dried up.
