From bagseed in rockwool how long do i wait to add nutes?

guys just started some germing some seeds in rockwool there a about a week old how long do i whate to add nutes they have rutes shooting a little out the bottom of the cubes about to throw them in a net pot with hydroten rocks , using ebb and flow ,using genreal hydroponics well thanks guys please hit me back!!

did some reserch nd turned up to give my babies a lite nute feeding at about three to for weaks hope this is accurate
