From GreenHouse to Indoor, Suggestions?

Hey everyone, long time reader, but just started posting on the forums today. I have been a member at Grass City for some time, but I have grown dissatisfied with the overall community and need some change!!
Anyways, like the subject says, I have been a greenhouse grower on the Right Coast for the past five years, and this is going to be my first season moving everything inside. The location of my green house is no longer optimal, because I have some trees that have grown jest enough to block out a good percentage of my light during the day, so I think I will have better results just moving indoors. For my first indoor run, I will be using 600W MH and HPS lighting with an air cooled hood, and a 400CFM HydroFarm 6" fan with all of the duct work and a carbon filter if warranted.
The area I am growing in, is a 16' x 27' shop that I have in my backyard, I have AC, so heat should not be too much of a problem, and I planning on closing off a section of the shop for my set up, I will have Mylar on every surface of my area. I have most of my nutes already, I have had wonderful luck with Alaskan Fish Emulsion in my Green House, so I bought some more for this season, along with my trusty SuperThrive. I also bought the FoxFarm trio pack, Big Bloom, Grow Big, and Tiger Bloom. I still need to purchase my Azamax and other preventative pest solutions, but I just did an initial spray today of the whole building, inside and out, for aphids and spider mites and such. Never had a mite problem in the green house though, probably due to the high humidity.
So I am just trying to get some recommendations and tips from all of you experienced indoor growers. What do I need to expect? What are some good things to go ahead and plan for? Any and all help is greatly appreciated, I need all of the help I can get right now. I know my harvests won't be nearly as large as my green house, I have grown some seriously massive sativas in the green house that were gorgeous. Any major differences that I have not planned for that needs to be taken into account? I am going to try to keep my temps around 75 F at all times, and I can add CFL's or another small HPS if warranted, I would like to stick with close to 600W this first time, and get more lighting if I need to for next year, but I am just trying to get my indoor process dialed in before I go all in. I am debating do an autoflower grow to just get all of the kinks worked out, possibly go for two harvests this year since I probably won't have temperature issues until the beginning of November.
Anyways, thanks for taking the time to read my thread, and I would greatly appreciate any help and tips from some of you seasoned indoor growers. Thanks very much, and I really look forward to getting to know a lot of you here and sharing knowledge and experiences with you. I will begin my journal as soon as my beans arrive! Thanks again guys!

As long as u can control atmosphere in that large of a space youll be ok. It sounds good im not to sure about using superthrive for a nute reg. And u may want to stick to indica or indica dom strains so u dont run into light distribution issues.how big an area are u going to close off?
I grow in my garage and my space is 13x5x6.5 the garage is 13 x 25 and in cali the temp issue is high this time of year. Oh n light leaks are a bitch
But u sound like u got all ur ducks in a row bro so get to work lol keep it posted

Hey thanks for the reply. I only use SuperThrive maybe twice a season during Vega time growth. I am def trying to go with indica dominant strains at this time. the area I'm closing off will be pretty small, probably 4x4 or so and the ceilings are 8'. I have been running some tests this past week and the AC unit seems to be keeping up with the heat rather well. I will run my exhaust up into the attic where there are out take fans. I have been able to keep the temps in the low 70's so far, albeit with no lights. I always grew in the green house with temps above 90 many days and the sativas loved it. I am finding though, seeds are not as easy to get as i was first impressioned. I'm having a really hard time getting them in. Got two orders in right now, hopefully at least one will make it through. Thanks again for the help, it's greatly appreciated.
