Good luck with it all Medshed. I assume there is temp control of some sort in the shed? I had some friends who harvested a big outdoor crop last year and hung it in a shed to dry the night we got that big October snow and when they looked the next morning all of it ( multiple pounds) was totally frozen and DARK green. Turned most of the product into garbage.
Now that I think about it the shed they used may have not been insulated.... and the snow was pretty epic...so I'm sure your scenario will be totally different...but anyhow good luck brother!
I think they'll be fine in the shed. It is insulated and warms up during the day so I don't think they'll get a hard freeze in there. If they do, I'll hash them up for tincture. I was planning to turn most of them into hash anyway. I'd just prefer to do that when they are fully ripe.
We are close to the foothills and have not hit freezing yet. Last night was 33.
Good thing, I forgot to put the tomato plant in the greenhouse last night and it is fine this morning.
