Hey matt tell me more about your cfl's.

Looking real good man.
I am certainly jealous.
I still have another 4-6 weeks before I harvest..

I am going to have to rep you for getting those buds on those little plants that were from bagseed.

Thanks mid! Well ive got 7 X 30 W cfls well positioned around the plant, constant ventilation (except on dark periods) . I have not used any kind of ferts except for molasses throughout flowering. I wanted to keep the plant short, and it kinda grew out like a small bush, i love it, I called her Ursula.

hey thanks roseman! youre doing quite well yourself! I love watching your grow man. Id love to share some of my harvest with you, see what you think! Come to it id like to share some with all of you. Theres nothing more gratifying than sharing weed you have grown with fellow stoners... oh god, im rambling yet again, forgive me.

So did you top your plants when they had about 4-5 sets of leaves, or another time? Did you prune your plants also. I am growing also so I am just trying to increase yeild and have small plants. anyways, you found out how it smokes yet??

I topped at 5 nodes and positioned the cfls extremely close to the plant. The bush appearance had a lot to do with phenotype. But but, the fact that i topped (slowed growth), and flowered at about 5 weeks kept it short. Allthoufgh if you have the space you should let your plants get bigger, cos striving to keep them short will decrease the yield more than proportionately.

Ok, one more week, one more update.
Still dont have the desired 75% amber, but im patient.
Something cool started happening : apart from the yellowing , which im not to happy about, some purple hues are appearing on the leaves, beautiful.

Also I tasted (and almost finished oops) the two nuggs harvested earlier. Fantastic high, i loved it its extremely energetic with a great rush at the beginning then slows down , and chills you out big time. the taste is clean and fruity, no harshness whatsoever allthough lung expansion on the exhale is massive. I cant wait to taste these more mature buds!
