frozen stone pipe

i have this idea what if you freeze your pipe would that cool down the smoke better then normal i am thinking stone maybe glass or it could be applied to a bong anything solid that smokes . you could dump it in a bag of ice?

Stone is already very cool hitting. Much more so than glass.

I have a friend who owns many bongs, and keeps them all in his fridge(last time I counted he was up to 6 in the fridge), along with a Brita pitcher, which he uses to fill the res in the bongs. And before he puts them away, he drains, rinses, and refills the res, every time.

Glass might shatter, stick with the stone, maybe ceramic (just a guess).

Ice cubes in the bong are always nice.

the glass used is similar to pyrex(COE 33). i think pyrex cracks in the freezer. it does fine in the fridge though.
