Fruit Fall Fun

I'm back with another round to record. I did two runs that I didn't do a log for, due to time constraints. I'll post those results later in the log. This time around I'm focusing on my two new fruity strains but I'll always throw in a few extras to round out my odds.

That's right, I grow according to odds. I over pack my tent so I can have about 40 percent survive rate. I have territorial dogs and one frenzied feline. They roam, sniff, scratch, etc, whatever they want. I do deter but I cant watch anything 24/7 so I plant more than i have space for or need. I've had questions as to why so many plants, that my main reasoning.

I have a 2x2 tent stuffed with 10 plants. 9 in 2g and 1 in a 3g. Smart pots. I originally started with Black Gold soil but this is a no till run. I'll use more soil to fill the new seedling and then top a few scoops of soil over the course of the grow. Black Gold, perlite, coco coir, and a bit of dolomite lime. I germinate in 36mm coco discs in their little dome thingy, while on a heating pad. Once sprouted, they go directly into the respective pots dusted with a bit of MycoFusion. I use a 35w light for 3 days on 24hrs. Then switch to Mars 300 Led with 2 additional 35w Leds for support lighting.

I grow for personal use. Its my medication. I live in a medical state but grow my own for my health. I have Crohn's disease. It gets really bad when its uncontrolled. I have used pills and biologicals, both Remicade and Humera. So after a bad reaction to some med, I said i was done. I get horrible pains, nausea, loss of appetite, and overall lack of energy. I do some much better when I can medicate and growing my own saves me money and piece of mind (knowing what i put into my soil and plant).

This round my fruity selections come from Lost River Seeds. They have social media and can be looked up. They run great deals on awesome genetics, monthly. They have amazing customer service.

My run:
Blueberry Muffin (Wedding Cake x Boo Berry)
Strawberry Shortcake (Strawberry Cough x Plush Berry)
BB-8 (White Widow x Tahoe OG)
Evil Monkey (GG#4 x Venkman OG)

back up, if any go down early is Bender (East Coast Sour Diesel x Chem Breath)

My food for the lovelies is mostly sugars. I water unless I see a deficiency, I use sink water that has sat for 5 days minimum and my local water is 6.8 pH. I have compost tea for a pick me up if they need it. I use Earth Juice Catalyst and Earth Juice Hi-Brix. I do throw in Fox Farms Kangaroots and Mammoth P every few weeks.

I don't know how this grow will go, so I wont set my ways just yet. I may top and top and top or may go SoG. I like to feel the grow out as it goes. The Blueberry has the fast finishing time at 50 days but the Bender is 70 days. I usually go 63 most of the time but again, I'll see where I'm at then. I do start to take samples around week 7.

I keep track of my PPM, pH, temps, and RH. I have a filter and fan for smell. Tent has 3 vent flaps. I open them for about 6-8 hours a day for fresh breeze.

My seeds went into coco started discs on 9/24, in their small dome home. All germinated and were transplanted on 9/27. Light turned on and 18/6 schedule initiated on Oct 1st.

3 SS, 3 BbM
