put some sand on the top of the soil and it will be the last one crawling out lol

Too much water!
Cut it down and you will solve the problem....I had them thick a few months ago....I remembered it clicked when Paula from Pure Analytics remarked, that cannabis was a desert plant...Desert are classified as 12" or less of rain a YEAR, so its low input and they will handle less watering remarkably well... Fruit flies don't live in the desert, at least not well....

put a little apple cider vinegar in a cup or some fruit, ontop put some plastic wrap tightly around the top poke holes with a toothpick set it in your room
they get in they die they cant get out should help with all the other suggestions above

I have fruit flies here due to my fruit trees. I have never had one in my room though. I deal with fungus gnats occasionally since I do not let my soil dry out ever. The majority of microbial life is in the top few inches of the soil and if it dries out you loose that. I cover my soil with two inches of hydroton to prevent drying which in turn means I water less (18 gallon tubs get 1 gallon of clear water every 5 days or so).
I am going to give the apple cider vinegar a try. Sounds simple enough. Normally I mix spinosad in the water every 4th watering which seems to do the trick until I bring more soil into the room that has them in it.

You need ceylon cinnamon.
crabshell helps.
1/3 h202(hydrogen peroxide) 2/3's water will kill those larvae. It will foam up but its fine.

You could let the pots dry out a little before watering. Don't let it get so dry you kill the roots though.

Yeah I plan to let it dry, I've done the cinnamon trick and it helped but I'm going to do the hydrogen peroxide anyways
