Frustrated and confused

Ok um back... my first grow I completed got a lot of bud.. after drying I had a good 3 oz. Which was good for me as u don't know what to expect. But it didn't look great. It wasn't crumbly and the high was well a weak buzz as most. I attempted a second grow which 2 plants which ended up with 1 that nute burn and the other with root rot.....so back to the drawing board it was for me. Now my grow consist of 4 chambers in my closet. The first chamber is a seedling chamber with a 600w led. The 2nd chamber is a veg chamber with a 600w led. The 3rd chamber is for my autos 600w led.. the 4th is for the photos at 1000w.

I grow in a closet in my office. I am not worried about smell but want to make sure the plants get enough ventilation and don't over heat.. thats a struggle as there isn't much room for ducting.

Currently I have only 2 plants going as I figure this out. This is where the questions come in.

Both plants where started the same day.

The auto is very stretchy (sativa) and has started to bud...but it has humongous fans leaves... should I get rid of them name. I has read and read it appears that the plant waste a lot of energy there. I have read also don't stress an auto as you will lose out as they are not forgiving to stress and you will just lose time

My photo plant is super short and bushy. It is not stretching at all... I want to scrog the plant but it looks like a little ball. Can all plants be scrogged?

Lastly how can I improve my setup.. the pump I use is noisey... I want would like to have something with better temperatures controls but the closet is 5x5..

Or should I just sell everything and start over...if you need more pics let me know.

In my short experience, some plants/strains are more, as I looked at it, made for scrogging. Long stems, lots of branches, and lots of flower stretch. Others strains not so much, unless you want to veg them for extended periods of time. They stay short and bushy with very little stretch.
As for the leaves, some people say to remove some, others some say never remove. I think it’s all a personal preference and whatever works for you is what you should do.

Thats what was confusing me.. it appeared i was getting conflicting info.. so its just a preferences.... I got you..

The that little bush isn't good for scrog. Should I possibly clone since I know its a bush and do a see of green..

Also is 600w too much led for seedlings .

Sounds like you're trying to run before you learn to walk with all those chambers. So many lights in one closet, no wonder you're having heat issues!
You may be right. Its funny as I don't even smoke.. I do this as a hobby and my wife is a big smoker lol... so I get to past the time and she reaps the reward..

If you was in my situation what would you do to resolve the heat issue.. currently the Guage says 79 degrees and 42 humidity.

Imo you should have 1 main grow space as a rookie. If you want a veg tent in there too, go for it, just make sure it is sealed well for light.

You need a handle on one grow...auto or photo. Grow a few different kinds. Get your ventilation worked out. It will be way easier to figure out the different spaces later once you manage the big issues.

If its your place cut a hole through the wall(s) as needed for ventilation, if not, scale your grow to what you can manage as far as environment is concerned. Use ducting and get creative with the entryway.

Edit: heck even use (hack) the door...a 4" tube in...a 6" tube out, ducting and an exhaust fan/filter boom issues solved.

The first tent i bought was the 3 chambered one... I struggled with light leak hence the reason I bought the solo chamber.. can cut through the wall to vent as its a brick exterior on the outside. The closet is vented but I dont think its moving enough air.

I grew a grand daddy purp(indica) along with gorilla glue, green crack, and Durban poison which are all sativa dominants. The indica never even made it to the screen. They were all started and flowered at the same time. I have never grown autos so I know nothing about them.

if i had 4 areas i would potentially use them like this.

a small cloning/seedling area with a weak floro.
a veging/drying area, lowish power led for bringing plants on while you flower and for drying in after harvest.
a main room with as much power as it can handle for more or less perpetual flower.
another small area can be used as a mother room.

with a setup like this you can really rotate nicely
