Are your plants over-crowded? If your humidity is only at 20% mildew shouldn't be an issue at all. Like I said, greencure is fine during flowering and works better than milk, also it doesn't leave residue like milk does. I hope you used skim milk and not whole.

Greencure is the best option. You will also get a dose of potassium.
Spray them good, give the plant a little shake to evenly disperse, and put in front of a fan for an hour.

I've used the h2o2 bath method in the vid. It does work and still smokes well.
Powdery mildew is an obligate parasite. It will NOT grow on walls or foil only on plant tissue
