Lol i think growers seemed to have skiped my post so ill put it agian. Horsetail will solve your PM! Also it has silica and other beneficial properties.

Horsetail is used for many many reasons, google either powder horsetail or dried horsetail, as long as its organic grown, and CHEAP its all good brotha
Edit: i like to collect horsetail near my home, neighbor dont mind at all
