i'd imagine there isn't a single seed-bank out there that doesn't have disgruntled customers. you can't please all of the people, all of the time. but if they try, that's good enough for me. i've ordered beans many times, from not so many places. the only time i feel i got a bum deal, was from seeds direct, a long time ago. terrible germination rate. i was told i'd have it made up to me the next time i ordered, it wasn't. but i didn't slam them at forums. i sucked it up, and knew that it was a possibility, considering the product i was purchasing. i still do business with the new place, seed boutique, and have never had a single problem!

Ok i hate slamming a company but if i dont recieve my beans today or a least get a response from racheal i'm going all out posting all my correspondance with them and showing their less than stellar customer service. My package has been in transit for 25 days i've talked to USPS they basically told me thay have misplaced it and that they have no record of it leaving UK but royal mail said it was passed off to USPS. Undoubtedly its the USPS's fault but they cant give me new seeds attitude can and the USPS didn't sell me guaranteed shipping attitude did. So im giving Racheal 6 hours to reply after that im in full on Fuck Attitude mode hope it doesnt come to that. P.S. I've been spending alot of cash with attitude in the last few months every thing else has been great germ rate, delivery, and packaging but this one order and the sour taste in my mouth due to their customer service is enough to make me boycott them no matter what kind of deals they have if it isn't made right Nirvana gonna get all my orders from here on out.​

Nirvana lacks in choices. I say relax a minute. I understand your frustration 100%.
If you paid for the Guarantee then you will be taken care off, just not as fast as you like.
Think about how dis honest people trying to cheat the TUDE, they have to make sure you are legit, and if it's still in the mail, well thats on the USPS.

the attitude will have to wait USPS's designated waiting time before they can be viable for refund and claims etc. as said, attitude probably get fucked over left right and center by people wanting more free seeds cus why not.

and grow up, you have a bad experience so now you're threatening to throw a hissy and troll around the internet boards?

Its not a hissy first of all you shit stain it's a 100% legitamite gripe and ill recant everything i said if it's made right. But second of all if you dont like what im saying then you can go elsewhere that what these boards are for and did you see the title of the forum you FUCKING MORON. So i hope you get put in this same situation just because you have happend to be lucky with your orders that gives no right to call me out for trying to get what i payed for i work for my money and prefer not to get screwed out of it.

I do get that and it sucks because im not that kind of person but i work in customer service and those kind of people exist....in abudance unfortunatley for guys like me who just want what they paid for.

These boards, toke and talk, they are for talking, so i will damned well express my opinion if i so wish the thread is then about someone who basically has no understanding of how businesses actually work, or what atttude are actually doing, in that they are most likely, under no legal obligation to make up the rest of the orders of freebies if they so wish

i think i've already metnioned how it would be handled if i was in this situation as i've bene in the past. they are probably looking out for business interests. if there was a damned volcano, oversesa mailing through two different companies, you'd be damned sure i wouldn't post you any replacements until i heard from USPS to confirm, i wouldn't trust that it genuinely wasn't there and that people weren't ebing impatient, as is proven by 1000 threads asking where are my beans, be patient, oh they've arrived. your post has nothing to do with your right for getting what you paid for, this is RIU, they are attitude, you are not excersizing your right at all you are moaning to a completely irrelevant website, maybe rightly so or not, i am not and have not told anyone that they definately have or havn't been screwed, i'm not attitude, RM, USPS
