fucked leaves and smelly plant

so i woke up this morning and it pissed down last night..and a few leaves got stuck together and have fuck up and basically sriveld together, only the bottom few. still got some good ones on top.
and i went in a sniffed it and its smelling of like bud but i havent been able to sex it yet.jsut wondering can males smell like it to? and would the rain on it bring the smell out
