As unfortunate as it is, fresno is right. Dirty cops can do what ever the fuck they they want. They play by their own rules.
But tenants do have a lot of rights. But the landlord could call the guys from "worlds worse tenants", have u seen that show on spike? Some really fucked up renters out there.

Yo. I dug my girlz up after telling the sorprobation dude ( I don't like court lol I guess they should of locked me up and brought me shackled) I'd only do the home confinement deal which lasted longer than the jail deal if my monitor could reach all of my girlz then that cunt comes to check out the place and :finger:

I delved into it all and it is her discretion but as much as pigs suck Vallejo is not much nicer than Fresno the pigs ain't wasting their time breaking a law so obvious and undeniable for 14 plants, they got other shit other than a whiny landlord they're not rich landowners they see our side in these matters imo.

Landlords are used to calling the cops on people for domestic disputes......selling drugs.....the list goes on.....they are best friends with the police......it sucks but I am a realist.......The police will do anything out here to nail you if you are a grower.......they will place crystal meth in a jacket in your closet.....real talk.

It has to be proven by the landlord. I also know of a couple who got evicted for the same but fought it out through harvest with only rent paid for time spent renting.

They wasted their time to beat me up at the Big Fresno Fair for wearing "gang colors"......i didn't touch one of them.....I was taking of these "gang colors" and I got hit in the back of the head and put in a head lock while hearing "stop resisting!!!"(I was only 16 years old mind you)......if you ask me they will waste their time for anything.....that is their whole career.....a waste of time.....they aren't protecting and serving......they are terrorizing....with the exception of very few.

P.S. They beat me in front of at least 50-75 people.....guess what happened to those officers?? nothing.

no......in any housing situation they will call the police......i used to rent a house and my landlord used to said I had too much traffic coming through the house because I would have family members coming over all the time......lmao he thought I was selling drugs because the neighbor told him that "thugs are over there all the time".

dude that sucks ao dnd is way too common however I do know for a fact that they've been laying them off, enticing them to work tons of overtime so much that their take home after tax is less than if they just worked 40 (BaHaHaHaHa) no sympathy pointing out the Man likes to fuck with them like they fuck with prisoners because angry pigs and pig guards make angry miserable prisoners I reckon AND that they got plenty of bullying to keep them fat and happy with out bothering with a landlord tenant thing Unless of course its a buddy of them... then they bring the whole force.

*I only know this stuff from my old back nieghbor, or otherwise known as free security, chill dude retired secret service and the other back neighbors were 3 cops except one was unemployed. I practically called bullshit on the dude but he told me that when cities/counties lose $ and can't cut wages any more they have to lay off... then I became friends with an ex prison guard -dude got in it young ended up leaving with a full blown case of anxiety and he was telling how weird they are encouraged to work 80 some hours and they take home less for their troubles...

You know what I don't get? Why felons can't vote? if votes actually meant shit I mean and if the felon thinks the law is uh dumb that he was convicted for he can't do shit at least democracy style or protect his home and family legally with a weapon it seems so transparent to me but why do folks automatically go from felon to a person lacking the social conscious or intelligence to vote? preaching to the choir again?

Well ive decided to keep em in the ground and im going to give him my 30 day notice at the end of the month. It sucks for him because im one of the more rare tenants here in vallejo that pay my rent early every month and ive never called him to my place to fix anything so hes gonna lose a great resident. So im hoping by the time i give him my 30 days that my plants will be done. Im not gonna lose 20-25k because he decided he doesnt want them in the yard anymore. I did actually transplant two of em just to see how they do and if they survive. Anyways is tgere a way i can have an early harvest?

The first clip in the woman's jail happened to me except from behind. I know it sucks bad for guys too especially Peligan Bay etc but woman are already fairly defenseless against even those scrawny smalled dicked losers and no one believes you that it happened and no one in the jail gives a shit it happens -wonder if there was a hidden camera but doubt it

Good luck! I think you're doing the right thing. If you light deprive them, be consistent or you will stress the plant. I've heard they can herm if done improperly.

Your an idiot. People do forget things sometimes and in this case my landlord did use a generic lease agreement and i just read over it and out of the 32 clauses there is nothing about drugs about drugs or groqing medicine. But it does say no smoking in common areas whatever that means. Also as far as my bros card his card states hes allowed to grow wherever his growing permit is posted. And yes its a growing permit which is different then just a medical mj card. Hes able to grow upto but not more than 99 plants and posses upto but nomore than 16 pounds of processed mj.
