fucked up

1 of my plants went side wayz ill have pics 2moz...I put a cfl in the middle of the plants but 1 of them went sidewayz...wtf...idk what went wrong i put it in 3 dayz ago it went as far as it could 2 the left...(like it hits the pot) the other way 2 the light...so i smashed it..stuped ahy...lol...so any help till then...my first grow so very worried...

you say the other way to the lght??? i think the light should be keep derectly over the plant
