fucking ants in the pot

Fuck ants, I have them really bad right now, I am using cigs as I have in the past for an overabundance of spring tails. There didn't seem to be any bad reactions from my plants....

Mix some diatomaceous earth in your soil you can buy at lowes it is OMRI. Good Luck

Think of what the ants won't like.

Nicotine is one good thing to use, and cheap if you're a smoker. Just mix a bunch of the butts in water and use a hand sprayer around the pot, or even on the plant itself. Just be careful; not all plants can withstand nicotine. However, some plants aren't affected at all, and sweet cannabis seems to be one of them.

Soap and vinegar might do the trick as well, but only spray the mixture around the plant. it'll poison and suffocate the ants if it's fresh, but will only deter the ants from coming back if it's dry.

If you really can't get rid of them, you could use other plants to attract the ants. Head lettuce is good for 'catching' a lot of bugs, but i'm not sure if it attracts ants directly (but, the bugs that the lettuce will trap could attract the ants. Something to consider).



Basically, you can use anything in your house to get rid of ants. Be creative and you'll figure something out.

Bong water might even work!
