.. so, i've read all of the cc fraud claims on here in the past, but have used the attitude for years and have never had an issue doing so and have always used my debit visa paying for my gear..
i used it yesterday on a small order and it was the only thing i have used the card for in a few weeks now.. i just got off of the phone with my bank saying they caught suspected activity on my cc and that someone tried to purchase a $2k airline tix through luthansa airlines.. i am about 99% sure that athe fraud has come from the attitude or their payment site sage pay..
i sent them, the attitude, an email telling them about what happened, but i'm sure they're closed now as they're 5 hours ahead of eastern standard time...
i will gladly report back what they say if they reply.. this is not looking too good for the tude, and i'll never use them again, eff that, which is a complete shame as i was a huge supporter of theirs, but this is complete horseshit, and sorry for doubting anyone who has similar problems after ordering from the tude..

i'm super pissed over this for 2 reasons really.. a, that others have claimed the same thing and i never really paid attention to them after using them for years and years and never having an issue with them.. and b, obviously for some dick wad trying to steal my cash..

i just hope that people will see that i was a huge supporter of this co. over the years and not some newby who joined the site today simply to bash the tude and will heed the warning unlike what i did... it's a sin, i love the tude, but someone trying to steal my shit is just not going to fly with me, so i'm going elsewhere..

and like i said, if i hear back from them, i'll gladly yet you all know what they had to say..

This is not a fraud question but I am not real pleased at the moment either. I tried to get them to reimburse my 10 tangerine dream seeds that not 1 germinated. I did not use this terminolgy cause they specifically say not too. So I told them all 10 were damaged, they replied back and said to take a pic of them and send back. I took a pic of the seeds outside the pakage. They replied back that they couldnt reimburse me because they had been removed from package. My question is: how could you not take them out of the packaging to even check for damages but the real issue is that they didnt germ at all! 0-10. Has anyone ever got them to send more for bad beans? I replied back with my disgust and all they offered was for me to buy more and they would throw in freebies.

They have not let me down but Amsterdam seeds has, took my money four months ago and still nothing. I send emails they tell me it has not been long enough yet.

Also, arent you in a legal state? They dont sell seeds in dispensaries? Thats what i wanted to do, is drive to a legal state and purchase some beans

Man that's a bummer to hear, sorry about your trouble. At least the bank caught it in a timely manner. The problem for me would be, where are you gonna order seeds now? I've only put 1 order in through Attitude but i've come to trust them for some reason. What other sites are you considering? Just curious if there's other good ones out there with the same selection and freebies!

How are you? Hope you are having a nice day. I would like to tell you that the reason why they do not really give you any answers is because you have to contact the breeder himself because attitude clearly states they are not responsible for problems due to germination because they are sold as souvenir and illegal to grow.

Usually what happen when you contact breeder, he will ask you for the little code on the breeder pack you received . If there is no code he will either ask you pictures of the said pack or he will ask you for proof of purchase.

Usually you should receive a free pack if everything goes well.

Same thing happened to us after using HTG supply...we ordered a couple of things from their ebay store, and then a couple of things from their actual online store...and we got jacked for $5000...but we got it all back and it was only a small inconvenience..I didn't send any emails...just won't use HTG supply's actual online store cart thing, if I use them again at all...lol.

I haven't had any issue with the attitude, but my last 2 orders were from different places..one with herbies, and then one with Sea of Seeds...I was curious about how the other companies were so I tried them out...now for me it is more a matter of who has what available and at what cost.

some clubs have seeds here in CA - but, they are limited to mostly things like Cali Connection and a few others which come from North America..

Thats alright for me. As i think some beans from the tude are bogus.

To me it would be easier to go to a legal state then to get em online.

i have never had issues with cc fraud on there, but i have had people steal my cc online - it is always a risk, that is why you check your statement online and be ready to contest anything bad and get your card replaced if this happens - remember - attitude has over 200,000 orders every year and only a few have come back here reporting anything wrong..

i think that some of the less reputable breeders probably sell seeds that are of questionable quality - but, again, out of 200,000 orders - i trust the growers to know when they have been had - Soma, Barney's, Greenhouse - all seem to provide what they advertise..
