Governmental entities only ever purposely "lie" to us when they are dumbing legislation down for us to understand. Seriously. All the real lying shit is done by crooked individuals that have fallen off the good path of performing public service. It's the people who are problematic; they are problematic leading corporations whose main intention is to make money, and they are problematic leading governmental agencies whose main intention is to protect "the people" from less than careful corporations. There is a reason we have speed limits. There is a reason we have legislation. There is a reason legislation is created the way it is, so that we all have a say in how things will be done in the future.
We can't just let the cart drive itself, that is how we've gotten into this mess (AKA the past 50 years)! I love you all, let's be productive and get involved. Thank you!

Really? When I ask my local officials questions, things change course. I don't think that is delusional. I think the policy makers just know that if they DON'T make the just decision in the matter at hand, someone is going to call in an auditor. Seriously, all you have to do is PAY ATTENTION, and speak up when things don't seem right. IT WORKS!

We once thought it was impossible to ban Nature...but the war on drugs proved that wrong. Check out US Patent Laws and History....You can Patent yourself if ya wish m8, and take along a plant with ya. Funny as it is, not only do civilized humans believe they can and have a right to control nature, they also believe they can own things that were here prior to them and won't be going with them when this journey is over.
Um... if you fight the government and win, then you will have no government. Good luck with that one, because government actually protects all of us from those of us who have no concern for the environment or the people's well being. :\
For the record, as a species we arouse AND flourished from non-governmental environments. (i.e. cavemen) The notion that a Non-Governmental Society would be a lawless land is inaccurate. We have all the proof in the world that governments dont work, and cause more harm than good in the long run. Besides, the Government is a Corporation.... United States of America, INC. Is the Legal name of the states.
They ONLY thing they care about is $$$$$$. More so, If Lawlessness or Anarchy ( is a difference) was so wrong or such a non-starter we wouldn't have made it thus far as a species.
Lastly, any nation as a whole that drops atomic, nuclear, or any fashion bombs onto other humans or nation is not a body I would consider " caring for the people and land".

I'm sending it over to a friend of mine who is an Assistant D.A. in Los Angeles. He did patent law when we were in college together. I'd like to see what he makes of it.
Some of the language is very specific regarding the medical applications of Cannabinoids and how they interact with NMDA receptors. The study about the rats is insane (they damage the brains, then repair them, some rats get cannabinoids, and the rats that did had less than 1/2 the dead brain tissue as untreated rats).
Most of the damage done to the body is through oxidation processes or by immune response. They cover both of those kind of illnesses when applying these treatments.
There's a point in the document when I thought they were only talking about non-psychoactive compounds. Then I saw:
And plain as day (I love the "surprisingly" remark) they spell it out. The USA, represented by the US Health Department, owns any and all treatments related to any and all Cannabinoids.
Watch out doctors!
I wonder if I had filed the same petition for Patent if then I could own the monopoly on a plant. Fuckers.

(I apologize for calling you ignorant in general, I meant that it was a rude comment. ) The GFY profanity was not used to be hurtful, I even wrote that I meant it in a friendly "back it up" kind of way, I'm also sorry that wasn't more clear.
