fucking police keep coming to my house.

Looking for a person that rented the house before we did. They have came three times since 9pm last nite.

We keep telling them we don't know who the fuck the dude is but im not 100% sure they belive us.

What if they come back with a search warrant looking for this tard? Would it be wise to shut down what I have going on? I don't get wanna murder this fine lady.

i would contact the person whom you're renting from and get him to write down that you just moved in on such and such date and take that to the po po place and drop it off to them and explain that you just moved in and don't know whom they're looking for...

Thing is we have been here for 3 years. The assholes never changed their address. We send their mail back almost daily.

Depends on what he did that they are looking for him. If it is bad like, 187, they might come back. If not I would not worry they will never get a warrant. If they are just patrol guys dont worry, if they are coming in force than I would hide her for a while. Good luck, damm bummer.

Be proactive, Talk to an attorney if possible. Make sure you have a signed copy of the lease and letter of good standing from your landlord. Get all your utility bills together and talk to the postmaster about still getting his mail. Stay in contact with the police or detective that paid you a visit he should have given you contact information. The quicker you make it stop the less likely that they will get a warrant. Good Luck

Landlord said she will handle the police. She also gave us a copy of our lease. She was pretty pissed about this surprisingly.

Of course she was pissed the lady runs a business and the fuzz is fucking with her income... I would have told her " fix this shit before I tell the next potential renter after me the shenanigans I have to put up with renting a home from you"
