Hey Sub, Was a pleasure to meet you and have a chance to talk face to face. The advice youve given along with the genetic over the past four years has helped my growing hugely! And Ive been growing for a decade! I love it from the first 250MH i had in my closet at 15 i was hooked!Now Im a breeder/grower and am focusing on a few hybrids right now! Im excited to see this new "Pluch Berry" As io was planning on having something very simular to that! But iots ok the genetics ultimately are much different. I cant wait Im finishing up my last 12/12 of 80 plants males selected and moved into a male room where i can take out or cut a branch to pollinate fem of my choice then to prevent any problems i have andothe small flower room for breeding! Also thanks the hash you have taught me to make from reading and just a few ?'s to refine my process i have been making full melt and bubble tha blows people away! They like the Apollo 13bx but i have a c99 dom F4 SpaceJill that is a special mama and the fragerant taste is out of this world the rottin mango is lightly there but more a fruity pineapple? Honest its one of my favorite strains to make bubble hash with! Have ypu ever used pure Sour Diesle to make your legendary full melt? It would be insane. I have Supersilverhaze/sourDiesle a clone from Mass. its legit and the hash it can produce is insanly straong and tastes like fruity pebbles! I would recomend this to you as i know you are the kiong of full melt! I will be back in Nor Cal by April! Just in time to toss some seed outside!!! Amazing thread, I stumbled across this looking for ways to make hash and this is definitely the method I'm going with. The interesting part is I just found out that my dispensary buys Subcool Seeds and then I find this thread the same week. Crazy universe.
 
SUB! I have been making bubble hash for the past decade and agree totallly i have used both yours and bubble mans methods and i dont ever like to knock anyone who does the kind of work in helping to further our cause but subby you got this one right! When i used SpaceJill Sugar leaf and made a full batch it looked just like that! Although turned a light amber color after cured and was transparent/see threw! So it wasnt exactly your method, but I have started to use the frezer when im done now and i believe in making great hash compared to good hash every step counts! Thanks brotha PEACE, SENSI

if it looked just like that then you pulled it off...

98% of the pics on this thread are of WET hash, it makes it look waaayy nicer than it is once it's dry. it's pretty shady if you ask me...

not to hate, I just don't like it when I see many people being blatantly tricked by something as small as this. why subcool doesn't post dry pics I don't know for sure, I could insinuate its because he wants to give off the illusion of making the best hash, because that is at best what it is, an illusion. all that hash dry would look like your average high grade bubble, nothing spectacular..

sorry to burst anyones bubble, but this isn't some godly method.

Anyone that smokes my crumble is extremely impressed including bman. I am equally impressed with his btw
All the crumble pics are or bubble thats at least 3 weeks dry.
Your certainly entitled to your opinion as I am to mine that you are incorrect on this.
The insult however wasn't at all deserved I take pics of hash because I think they are amazing and I am not selling anything so I have nothing to deceive I am simply showing off an art form with passion and your being a rude drama inciting wanker IMO.

I was only clarifying to the people that don't understand that lots of pics in this thread are of wet hash, I'm not trying to kill anyones parade...

the person I was replying to said his hash looked like yours while wet but after cure it looked different, that means he pretty much has close to the same quality as you but was fooled by your wet pics.

Uh, Dont know who wouldnt be able to tell the differance between dry bubble and wet. Subs bubble is of the highest standerds. Have you made it exactly how he does with Apollo13 or Spacejill? Pretty insane as I said ive been making bubble for over a decade and one of the only strains i like to make buble with more is my Supersourdiesle cut drove home from mass.! Tastes like fruity pebbles no doubt! Ive been using a very simular if not identicle method of making my bublble for a few years and have it near perfection! Ive ended up with hash i know could beat anything at Canabis Cup. Either the Sour Diesle or SpaceJillF4(C99dom) & Appollo 13bxf2! Ive had over gram chuncks of amber full melt that are clear/see threw! Using pure sugar leaf! Ive seen big time smokers take one hit and start rolling on the floor hystariccly laughing! These are people that smoke 1/4oz a day of chronic organic bud and many diferent strains comparable to a very hiogh end dispencery! I believe that growers get set in their ways and i have always tried to use new equipment, methods, & have always pushe myself to move forward and consistantly beter my product and methodology, weather its with bubble hash or growing/breeding! Thanks all and do the research sub is in my opinion the most legit seed co that there is at the moment! I can only hope and continue to work towards my goal of spreading my genetics and i will follow in subs footsteps as i dont plan on entering many cups i will let you guys do that! I just want to contibute the genetics ive aquiered over the past decade and put them to proper use! Im not looking to get rich and i dont think sub is either. We bopth do what we do because of the passion we have for this plant! Peace all SENSI

Very true. I have done it. lb of apollo 11, 1 lb of blue dream went straight to hash, dry sift an oz and a half of white press out of it and go to bubble for the rest.

If they were phenomenal grows I would not have done that. But since they were less than stellar, well, that's what I thought at the time... I saved some of both of them and cured them and both were some of my best stuff I ever grew. Sort of a rookie mistake. But still, it was worth it for the hash. :clap:

But always cure before deciding to just fuck with it. Lesson learned.
 
Oh and everytime I reveg I almost automatically count those as hash plants. They have a million tiny buds because I never prune enough branches. It's natures way of breaking it up for you.
 
Thanks for the videos! i thought i was making good hash! just found the videos, and made another batch. my bubble is really bubbling now!
 
Hey Sub, I got a quick question for ya. my friend before putting his sugar trim in the freezer, compressed it in the ziplock bag. I figured it could break and smash alot of the trichs, but i wan't sure how it would effect the quality, or how much harder it would be to remove all the trichs in the agitation process. would you recommend added agitation time since alot of the trim will probably be stuck together? Hope this isn't too dumb of a question :dunce: Much love from the great state of Maine
 
Got a 4 bag set (200,100,55,35) and ran my first batch of bubble a couple weeks ago and although the results were somewhat unexpected, i was very pleased with the end product. I used about three ounces of frozen and dried sugar trim from Blackberry Kush. Used cold, filtered water, and half moon shaped ice (maybe i will crush it next time per your comment). I got approx 10 grams total product from about 90grams of trim. The part that was unexpected was that at least 50-60% of my total product was gathered thru the 100m bag and was very light blond color. The 55 and 35m bags only produced a total of 5 grams which was the most tasty thing (almost gone now). I am consuming the 100m product but its def less pure and leaves some residue...but geez its still pretty nice compared to bud. Like you, I have kinda lost my taste for bud...i smoked some the other day and my throat hurt.
My question: is this an expected yield? do others have the same result? is this due to the strain/size of heads?
Stoked on this process and I want to find any tips or tricks to make it even better.
