Full Moon Harvest

A while ago I was reading something about the planting and harvesting of plants according to the phases of the moon. Now I have been looking around and I dont really see anything more in depth about this.
Can any of you pros help me out with this dilemma?
Mainly want to know if there is any truth to harvesting around the full moon or not?

Got some pics of my babies attached... They are due to be harvested anytime now I think so just wondering about the moon. We have a full moon here tomorrow night =D

i read about that myself. it has something to do with the gravitational pull of the moon. you want to plant seeds on a new moon because as it grows its pull is greater which seems to have an affect on certain plants. other plants like potatoes and carrots that grow downward are best planted after the full moon when it is decreasing in size.

uumm, dont think i'd bother with moon phases...unless you wanna go all the way u could dress up in a druid's robe burn some incense, chant sum songs and sacrifice a chicken.
