Full spectrum cfl's

What's the deal on these supposed full spectrum CFL's? They say they are full spectrum but the description on them say they run at 5500K, how is that full spectrum, or does it just simulate the full spec light? 2700, leans red
6500 leans blue
most in between have both
I use 4100K T5's

So would these be a useful bulb to add into the mix if using the 2700k and 6500k bulbs? Like would it help fill in the rest of the light spectrum?

won't hurt, but won't do anything special, plants don't use most of the spectrum
