Full spectrum led vs regular white/yellow led

Anyone have xperience to compare grow light full spectrum led wth regular white/yellow leds.. ??
N what the result ???

white leds are full spectrum, red+blue diodes fixtures are not

Full spectrum is just a Chinese marketing term for blurple lights, sounds good but means nothing. There's no comparison between newer white LED techs and anything blurple. About the only thing those "full spectrum" lights do alright is veg. For flowering you want "full spectrum" white COBs or diode strips, they blow those blurples away, like twice or more the production ime. I started with those full spectrum Chinese panels over 4 years ago, quickly switched to CMH for flowering and used the blurples for vegging, then switched to COBs all around. No comparison.

"Full spectrum" fixtures are indeed much less efficient. Especially the "cheap" Chinese junk.

Grow tests have shown that the purple spectrum is actually a bit more efficient than "warm white" though. By something like 2 or 3% and up to 5% compared to 4000K. On the other hand it costs more energy to produce that purple light and overall you will be slightly better off with 3000K.

Any light will grow bud. The more intense the light the higher the yield but also more heat to contend with and more often you have to water them. Yes quantum boards will out perform a blurple light and give you more yield but chinese blurple lights can grow a perfectly acceptable plant and yield quite well. If budget is a problem and your growing for personal use a blurple light will do fine. If you have the cash to splash out on a top of the range quantum board then do so. You wont be disappointed in the results.
There are a few companies that sell blurple that actually do cover the full spectrum so it's not a "marketing gimmick" with all of them.

I have a plan to grow autos but still confuse which lamp should i choose ???
My small growtent just have 3 slot e27 bulb lamp ... Whether if i mixed
1 coolday light + 2 warm light led are works well for grow autos from veg till flowie ???
